Ginger Cruise is the eldest sister in the “three sisters” collection (Ginger, Jasmine and Violet) operated by the reputable Heritage Line in the tranquil water of Halong Bay. First launched in March 2006, the elegant and proud Ginger has drawn travelers’ attention since the very first days of its operation and is now one of the most wanted cruises in the Bay.
This boutique vessel only has 10 cabins divided into 2 main classes: 8 superior cabins located on the main and upper deck and 2 deluxe cabins on the main deck. Ginger Cruise is typical for a traditional wooden junk with wooden floor and ceiling design in all cabins. The wooden style creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere for guests when they first enter the cruise. Each cabin is equipped with standardized facilities and decorations filled with oriental grace – simple yet classy and you will feel like at your home sweet home.
At Ginger Cruise restaurant, guests can find some of the finest cuisines at top star quality, from the excellent international breakfast buffet to Vietnamese set menu lunch to a fancy candlelit dinner on board while picturing the stunning and constant-changing scenery of the bay in their mind’s eye. And do not miss out the chance to chillax at the cruise bar and lounge with a great collection of wines and beverages that can get you high and nowhere can you make friends easier than at a bar, let’s get to know more your fellow passengers.

Lovely as its vessel is, Ginger Cruise and its younger sisters are the one and only cruises in the Bay that set beautiful names for their itineraries – The Dragon Passage (2 days 1 night) and The Jewels of Halong Bay (3 days 2 nights). If the 2 day trip offers a classic journey to some of the most picturesque areas of the bay such as Tien Ong Cave, Cua Van fishing village, Ti Top Island, Tam Cung Cave and Poem Mountain; the 3 day trip broadens guests’ experience with visits to untouched areas of Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island. Not only swimming into the blue ocean or kayaking through water tunnels, guests can also take a bicycle ride along the water front or go trekking through the forest on the way to Viet Hai Village on the second day of The Jewels of Halong Bay.

Endless excitement awaits travelers at Ginger Cruise and it is definitely a great choice to explore this World Heritage Site.
